A new prospective study shows a 21-gene test of a patient’s breast cancer tumor may change doctor and patient treatment decisions, including the need for chemotherapy. Researchers at Loyola University Health System, Maywood, Ill., presented the findings at the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting.
