Oral cancer is the third most common disease among the people, however, this disease is almost 99 per cent curable provided the patient is dispensed treatment as early as possible or else the recovery chances would assume alarming proportion. This was stated by Dr Mervyn Hosein, Prof and Head of Dental Department, Hamdard University.
